The buffet breakfast is very good! The food in Mama’s kitchen are delicious. All staff are very nice and we really enjoyed the time staying here.

Our stay at nothing short of extraordinary. The hotel itself is a masterpiece, with stunning architecture and breathtaking scenery. The staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, making us feel truly valued.
The kids' club was a delightful surprise, with engaging activities and caring staff who quickly learned our children's names. It was a wonderful way for them to make new friends and have fun.
We dined at The Andaman and Big Fish several times and were consistently impressed by the delicious food and impeccable service.
Overall, our experience at Nai Yang was unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

非常棒的度假酒店，喜歡發呆，享受愜意時光，喜歡安靜！

環境出乎意料的好，奈漢、卡馬拉、麥考沙灘都住過，這個酒店的沙灘是最好的，人很少，基本等于私人沙灘、退潮后沙灘非常平緩，延伸幾十米，很適合趕海，本地人都在這里趕海、酒店基本都是歐美人，前臺不會中文，人很少清凈，后悔沒有多住幾天

It's location, not far from the airport and with a nice beach in combination with the beautiful setup and good breakfast, makes it be one of the best , yet cost-effective 5 star hotel for a short vacation.

距離機場特別近，酒店環境不錯泳池也還可以人不算多，房間直通泳池，餐廳也很棒下次有機會來還會選擇入住，

酒店去機場12分鐘的距離， 特別近， 酒店人很少， 海灘還不錯， 退潮時候要記得記得走特別遠， 但是是不一樣的感覺， 浪很小， 很安靜輕松的環境！

服務很好，工作人員都很有禮貌。即使是攜程訂的或者是中國人，也給了我們很好的房間。房間的衛生很干凈。遠離鬧市，非常大氣和清靜。幾個餐廳的出品也很不錯。遇上好的天氣，心曠神怡。

酒店沙灘那里很漂亮，私人沙灘雖然不大，但比普吉的公共沙灘漂亮干凈太多了。泳池特別大特別好。唯一的不足就是餐廳價格有點刺客，還有周圍太荒了實在是。比較適合第一晚或最后一晚在機場附近過度。
